Toni Will is a women's leadership coach, keynote speaker, and the General Manager of the Kalamazoo Wings, one of the only women leading a men's professional hockey team in the country. Under her leadership, the Kalamazoo Wings have earned two Guinness World Records, in 2019 and 2024.

Toni is a certified Senior This Naked Mind Coach, a certified alcohol-free coach, and behavior change coach who has helped hundreds of women ditch the habits that don't serve them and show up as the leaders they were always meant to be.

Her approach is different because her story is different. Toni didn't find freedom through a 12-step program or a wellness retreat. She found it through behavioral science, hard-won self-awareness, and the kind of radical honesty that comes from spending a decade as the only woman in the room. Now she brings all of it, the leadership frameworks, the habit science, the lived experience, to the women she coaches and the stages she speaks on.

Toni hosts the Women In… podcast — weekly conversations with women breaking barriers in sports, business, and beyond. She is also the author of Rebellious Success (2026), a leadership book for women ready to stop playing by rules not made for them. Toni is also the founder of empowHER, an annual women's leadership conference held in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
