Toni Will is a women's leadership coach, keynote speaker, behavior change coach, and the General Manager and Governor of the Kalamazoo Wings, a men's AA professional hockey team (ECHL) in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Toni is the first female GM in Kalamazoo Wings history and the first woman ever named to the ECHL Board of Governors. The Kalamazoo Wings have won several awards over the past decade for sales and revenue growth and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

With 25 years of leadership experience, spanning banking, professional sports, entrepreneurship, and coaching, Toni has spent most of her career as the only woman in the room. That experience didn't just shape her career. It became the foundation of everything she teaches.

In addition to her career in professional hockey, Toni launched her alcohol-free lifestyle and behavior change coaching business in 2021. As a certified Senior This Naked Mind Coach, she helps professional women find freedom from alcohol and other substances, not through willpower or a 12-step program, but through behavioral science and identity-level change that actually sticks. In 2023, Toni expanded her business to include professional development coaching with Toni Will Coaching. She is passionate about helping women leaders and entrepreneurs break through their own glass ceilings.

In 2024, Toni became a TEDx speaker at TEDxKalamazoo, where she spoke on women's leadership in male-dominated industries. She also launched the Women In… podcast, a weekly show featuring candid conversations with women breaking barriers in sports, business, and beyond. New episodes drop every Friday.

2026 brings the release of her first book, Rebellious Success: Six Truths to Release Perceived Weaknesses and Become Unstoppable, available now for pre-order on Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Bookshop.org. Toni also founded the empowHER conference, an annual women's leadership event held in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Fun facts about Toni: she has earned two Guinness World Records with the Kalamazoo Wings in 2019 and 2024. She also completed two full Ironman triathlons in 2014 and 2017.

Toni resides in Kalamazoo, Michigan, with her husband, Josh, and their three young adult children — Grace, Landon, and Chloe.
