Lifestyle Coaching for Women Ready to Change Their Relationship with Alcohol
Healthy Lifestyle Coaching That Starts with Why You Drink: Not Just Whether You Do
Most lifestyle coaching gives you a plan. Toni gives you something more useful: an understanding of why your current habits exist in the first place, and a behavioral science-based path to changing them from the inside out.
As a certified Senior This Naked Mind Coach and behavior change coach, Toni's lifestyle coaching is grounded in neuroscience and identity work, not willpower or white-knuckling. If you've tried cutting back before and it didn't stick, it's not because you lack discipline. It's because the approach wasn't built around how behavior actually changes.
Who This Is For
Toni's lifestyle coaching is for professional women who:
Are sober curious and wondering what life looks and feels like without alcohol
Have tried to cut back or quit before, and want an approach that actually works this time
Are alcohol-free and ready to go deeper on identity, habits, and what comes next
Are navigating high-pressure careers and using alcohol to decompress, reward, or cope
Want to remove other substances, caffeine, sugar, prescription medications, that no longer serve them
You don't have to have made any decisions about alcohol before you reach out. That conversation is exactly what the free Chemistry Call is for.
How the Coaching Works
Toni's lifestyle coaching is available in 3, 6, 9, and 12-month plans because lasting behavior change needs time and depth, not a 30-day fix.
Every plan includes:
Weekly Unapologetic Growth Sessions (1 hour): One-on-one coaching calls where you and Toni dig into the beliefs, triggers, and patterns driving your habits, and build new ones that stick. These aren't check-ins. They're working sessions.
An Intro Chemistry Call (45 minutes, free): Before anything begins, you and Toni talk. She learns where you are, where you want to be, and whether her coaching is the right fit. No pressure, no pitch, just an honest conversation.
A Behavior-First Framework: Every session draws on the This Naked Mind methodology, BJ Fogg's Tiny Habits science, and Toni's own lived experience going alcohol-free while leading a professional sports organization. This is healthy lifestyle coaching that treats you as an intelligent adult making a conscious choice, not someone in crisis who needs fixing.
Why Toni's Approach Is Different
Toni doesn't coach from a textbook. She coaches from a life she's actually lived.
She spent a decade as the General Manager of the Kalamazoo Wings, one of the only women leading a men's professional hockey team in the country, while using alcohol as a coping tool for the pressure, the isolation, and the performance it took to lead in a room where she was always the only woman. When she chose an alcohol-free lifestyle, it didn't come through AA or rehab. It came through behavioral science, identity work, and a radical decision to stop outsourcing her own clarity.
That's what she brings to every client. Not a program. A process, tailored to you, grounded in science, and built for the life you're actually living.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Lifestyle coaching is a goal-oriented process that helps you identify the habits, beliefs, and patterns shaping your daily life, and change the ones that aren't working. Unlike therapy, which focuses on processing the past, lifestyle coaching is forward-focused and action-oriented. Toni's healthy lifestyle coaching specifically targets alcohol and other substance habits through a behavioral science lens, helping professional women build a life that feels as good as they want it to look.
-
Very different. Toni's coaching is not a 12-step program, does not use the disease model of addiction, and does not require you to identify as an alcoholic. It is designed for high-functioning professional women who want to change their relationship with alcohol on their own terms, in a private and judgment-free coaching environment. The This Naked Mind methodology she uses is grounded in cognitive science and behavioral psychology, not abstinence-based moral frameworks.
-
No. Toni works with women across a full spectrum of readiness, from those who are simply sober curious, to those who want to moderate, to those ready to go fully alcohol-free. The coaching meets you where you are. The only requirement is genuine curiosity about change.

Coaching plans run 3, 6, 9, or 12 months. Toni recommends a minimum of 6 months for meaningful, lasting behavior change, though many clients begin with 3 months to experience her approach before committing longer. The right plan depends on your goals, your starting point, and what you want your life to look like on the other side.
