empowHER is the annual women's leadership conference founded by Toni Will - alcohol-free leadership coach, TEDx speaker, and General Manager of the Kalamazoo Wings. Every year, empowHER brings together professional women from across Michigan and the Midwest for a full day of honest conversation, actionable tools, and the kind of community that changes careers and lives.
